What I was doing “now” in March 2021

My lifestyle these days does not change much from day to day. I’m loving my Tokyo routine. I write everyday while drinking a morning coffee. When I get tired from the writing I go for long walks around my area and Tokyo’s beautiful gardens that are within walking distance.


I’m in the last stages of polishing and editing my two upcoming books:

At the same time I’m also in the process of writing three books that I aim to finish between 2022 and 2023.


I do bodyweight training almost daily. It has been three years now since I started. I’m focusing on repeating always the same basic movements (pull-ups, push-ups and squats) instead of trying to learn many at the same time. My tools for training are: yoga mat, rings and elastic bands.
